Instructions
To submit photos complete form below.  The following fields are required:
Event Name
Date of Event
Name of Charity
E-Mail Address
Passcode (at bottom of form)

Up to two photos may be submitted at one time, one photo file per line.  Attach photos by going to file location using the "browse...." button.

Photos must be 300 dpi, RGB jpeg files only.

Maximum file size per photo is 1 MB.  No more than 8"x10" photos will be accepted.

When submission is accepted correctly a "thank you for you submission" screen will appear.  If not, you will receive details of why the upload failed.

You may navigate back to this screen after your initial submission using the back arrow in your browser.  All event information from the previous submission will be retained.  To submit more photos simply attached new files and ENTER THE NEW PASSCODE.

A minimum of 8 photos must be submitted for consideration of publication.  Please proof spelling of names.
