The following three chefs have been chosen to create an entree that will be judged on taste, originality and presentation:

Neil Stone, Court Avenue Brewing Co.
Scott Stroud, Orchestrate Hospitality/Centro/Django/Gateway Market
Tickets are $50 for special VIP viewing in the kitchen, and $15 for general admission. Complimentary food, beverages and demonstrations are provided for everyone. A portion of the ticket sales goes to the Culinary Institute’s scholarship fund.
